Umme Salamah radhiyallāha states…

Umme Salamah radhiyallāha states that when the Prophet sallallahu alyhi wasallam went out of his house he said, “In the name of Allah; O Allah, we seek refuge in Thee from slipping, or straying, or causing injustice, or suffering injustice, or doing wrong, or having wrong done to us.” (Tirmidhi)

Ba’raa ibn Aa’zib radhiyallāhu narrates that when the Prophet sallallahu alyhi wasallam wanted to go to sleep he placed his hand under his head and said, “O Allah, guard me from Thy punishment on the day when Thou gatherest Thy servants,” or raisest up Thy servants.” (Tirmidhi)
